It was very relaxed and not scary, conversation about experience and what you are looking for. Only sucks that the rejection was automated. Other than that very nice people and relaxed interview

Interview
I applied for the position online at the recommendation of a colleague and received a request for a phone screen interview with several engineering managers. This interview lasted roughly 30 minutes and they asked both behavioral and technical questions. About a week later I received a request to come for an onsite interview in Cedar Rapids, IA. The complete interview process took about half the day and consisted of an introduction presentation about myself, a panel interview with several engineering managers as well as a site tour. I received an offer roughly 3 weeks later.
