The process consisted of 4 stages. 1. Online test (1 hr)- Conducted by mettl, consists of 10-15 aptitude and verbal questions along with 45 technical questions and an essay. Should attempt all sections. 2.Group discussion- Topic is usually a mix of general and technical things. They look for technical knowledge along with the ability to converse in a group. Need not speak too much, even 3-4 valid points would do. 3.Technical interview-(Probably the hardest part) I appeared for GET-Mechanical. Questions were mostly from machine design, strength of materials( SFD, BMD, Beam design etc) and the projects which i did. They check if you have strong basics in each area. For some people, fluids were also asked. This round lasted about 20 min. 4.HR interview- Just the usual hr stuff, strengths, weakness, introduce yourself etc. This round was hardly 5 min long. Documents are collected and results are mailed within a week
