Normal interview process. Everyone was affable and friendly, promptly following up, seemed like a very professional operation... which is honestly hard to come by in the Art Admissions world. Until they completely ghosted me after two panel interviews.... I have tons of experience in the field, and they probably just went with another candidate because they fit the organization better...that is not great, but that is the reality of job searching. But WHY GHOST? Applicants take time off from their jobs, many who don't have a lot of PTO to use... the least you can do is send an email.
