I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at College Board in Mar 2026
Interview
Recruiter screen (30 minutes, Zoom). Hiring Manager (60 minutes, Zoom). Take home assignment. Panel Interview (60 minutes, Zoom). Communicative, warm, and friendly from the onset. My recruiter did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at College Board in Oct 2025
Interview
The process was very quick. I was contacted by a recruiter within 3 days of applying (I applied after getting a job alert from Indeed- I think applying early was a huge help). Each step was exactly as described on their website (recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, job exercise, and panel interview). The questions were primarily behavioral and aimed at getting to know my personality and work style. Through these interviews I learned that the job was more like an Executive Assistant type of role despite being described a little differently in the posting. Probably not for me. No offer, but plenty of positive feedback from everyone. Good experience overall.

Question 1
What about the job description made you want to apply? Why College Board?
I applied online. I interviewed at College Board (New York, NY)
Interview
The timing and communication to receive feedback is very long. They say 8 weeks, but it feels unrealistic for someone to get in the door on that turn around. Candidates can expect a wait and a lot of red tape on panels to gather people.
Thank you for sharing your experience- We are sorry it wasn't better. We understand how important timely communication is during the interview process and your feedback helps us continue to improve.
