Collective Brands interview questions

The interview process started out with a phone screen. After that there were 7 face to face interviews at the corporate office. Some interviews were with managers, some directors, and one with the VP. Everyone was very nice during the interview process.

My resume was submitted, they got interested and asked to submit references. I provided mail reference from my previous piers and supervisor. Then they asked if it was okay for them to call them. Seemed a bite strange, that they wanted to talk to my reference before talking to me, yet shared the contact details. They talked to them, and no reply for days. I mailed them to know what happened. The reply was they are looking for someone with cobol experience...... Didnt you read my resume !!!!!!!
