Had two interviews and was completely ghosted. Zero follow up. Refused to answer calls. Common courtesy would be to say “thanks for your time, we’re going in another direction”. 2nd interview felt like it went well, had a good rapport with potential direct report, and then nothing. Didn’t answer 3 emails.
