Collections Etc. interview questions

The interview process entailed; me getting on the phone, reading a script -to see how well I could read and pronounciate effectively and to see how well I could sell merchandise to a customer.

The interview was great, and very thorough. Everyone was very helpful, and accommodating. The process was very easy, and didn't take much time at all. From the interview to the paperwork, it took about an hour and a half. I was happy to know that they conduct a drug test the same day you interview, as I think that more companies should do so.
