Zoom interview that lasted 25 minutes with one company representative. Relaxed tone, friendly demeanor. Typical customer services interview questions designed to check your ability to handle typical situations. Straight forward. Low pressure.

application was farely simple, i received a zoom interview and we had a fair conversation about previous experience, followed up with sample emails/writing samples. it was overall pretty straight forward

How would you respond to a customer that was very upset a product they ordered hadn't arrived and wanted to speak to a manager?
It was very quick and relatively easy, the people that are interviewing you are very friendly. I sent in my application first and then a day later I had to schedule an interview. The interviewee also got back to me with a hiring decision a day later as well.
