After the application is submitted, there's a personality assessment and phone interview to gauge interest and provide more information about the role.
After that is another test with general problem solving questions, followed by an interview with two of the team leaders. Follow up on whether the process would proceed happened within a week.
Then, there's another round of interviews. There's a "structured interview" where you're asked to provide specific answers/examples of situations to prompts. After that is a team preview with several members of the service desk; its much less formal and more relaxed. Then, there's a brief job shadow showing a day in the life doing the job with another one of the service desk techs.
Follow up on the second round of interviews also happened within a week. You're provided contact info for HR if you think its taking too long, or if you have other questions.
