There were a few zoom calls and then an in person interview, very striaght forward and everyone was super nice. They asked questions about resume and then conversation flowed naturally with the questions they had.

The interview process is like most other corporate interviews, you start with a phone screen then move on to an in person and then a final round. You and Collabera's team learn about each other to see whether or not the fit makes sense for both parties.
I had a phone call with the recruiter and then a Microsoft teams interview with the national account manager. Then I had an in person interview with national account manager and an account manager. The recruiter texted me afterwards and asked how it went and then I never heard a word from her or anyone after. It was a complete waste of my time and so unprofessional on their part. You would think they'd at least have the decency to let someone know they didn't get the job/what they did wrong.
