In person interview for the position, one-on-one and intimate. Interviewers answered all the questions to the best of their knowledge and made the company feel like a welcoming place to work at.
The interview focused on my background, work experience, and interest in the lab technician position. Then, basic behavioral questions were asked to evaluate my interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to handle various situations, especially stressful situations.
