Cole Engineering Project Manager interview questions

The interview process was quite strange to me. I found a major disconnect between HR and the technical senior manager. HR talks a very big talk re the company and growth and where the company is heading and opportunities. On the other hand, Technical senior manager tells you the real story; night and day difference. Felt like being interviewed by 2 different companies; very strange. Probably HR just talking about what they're being fed by CEO without knowing the true story on the ground.
