First must take and pass state licensing exam. Then you may get a call from a Broker. If so, you will meet in person for an interview which may be followed up by a second interview.
It's a great experience overall. I was able to get all of my questions answered. Very informative and easy. Manager really knew a lot about the business and what type of person would be a good fit
