It was two phone screening. 1st with the Human Resources recruiter secondary with the hiring manager. This was follow by a panel interview (5-6) upper management personnel. Extremely welcoming and more of a conversation than an interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cold Chain Technologies (Franklin, MA)
Interview
Outdated. Two phone screens, one with HR Rep and one with Hiring Manager. Company policy is to have two on-site interviews consisting of meeting with 5-6 people in 45 minute increments. Required me to take two vacation days off work to interview with. Feedback was difficult to obtain and kept in the dark for most of it. Seems like a good place to work, just outdated hiring process.

Standard EHS questions mixed in with questions focusing on personality fit and why you’d be a good choice for the position. Latter seems self explanatory as time invested by candidates in the process should speak for itself.
