Interview
I had a phone interview with Colby College for an HR role. Unfortunately, the experience was very poor. The call quality on the Dean of DavisConnects’ side was so bad that I could only clearly hear one full question during the entire interview. What made it worse is that she acknowledged she was in an area with poor service and proceeded with the interview anyway. This made the process extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.

The questions appeared to be standard for an HR leadership role, covering areas like experience managing employee relations, approach to recruiting and talent development, and alignment with organizational values. Unfortunately, due to the poor connection, I was unable to fully hear or respond to most of them.
