Received a message on Indeed for an interview. I accepted. It was a zoom, once I joined the Zoom I realized that 20 other candidates were also in this ridiculous "group" interview, and they had not even looked at my resume. It was mentioned in the company bio that this company is religious but being forced to pray at every meeting seemed a bit excessive. I stayed on for about 5 minutes until it was announced that every candidate would need to give a 2-minute bio about themselves... ummm that is what my resume is for. Just an all-around odd experience. LET CANDIATES KNOW IT IS A HUGE GROUP INTERVIEW and see they would like to move forward before wasting their time.

The interview process is held in a zoom style with multiple interview participants. You get to speak direct to Mr and Mrs. Colaw which is great. You go through a series of 3 interviews before they offer you a “in the the life or shadow” day.
