Met at a career event and was called twice and invited for an in person interview. The initial phase of the hiring process was quite good, and occurred via several phone conversations - some aspects of the conversation were very technical but all the interviews were conducted professionally and in a timely manner. Questions focused on my resume, CS and start-up experience as well as cultural fit.
