It was ok. Not very difficult. It was 30 min. Was discussing my cases, KPIs and performance. The problems and solutions to that. We had a constructive conversation about the role, expectations, and my experience. I was able to explain my background and current focus, and I gained a clearer understanding of the position and team.
I was contacted by a recruitment agency through LinkedIn, and we had a nice interview where they asked about my work history, etc. It went really well, but then they disappeared without any explanation of the next steps.
