I had a first interview with the co-founder Oleg and it was a pleasant conversation. I made clear my goals and specifics about my work history (mentioning I was not a performance mkt professional). The final stage with the founder-CEO (Gabriele) was one of the worst I ever had. He talked to me like for 5 minutes, threw a bunch of performance concepts and that was it. No real interest in my career, what I could add to the role or company. He seemed in a hurry and I almost did finish my sentences. What do you think about this concept and that other type of questions. Very open questions in general and it felt like he just wanted to test, not listen at all! In the end he mentioned he wanted a performance marketing professional. He saved 10 min or less for a marketing manager interview. I am so glad I did not pass - imagine working at this kind of culture, for this type of founder and with that amount of RESPECT for candidates that saved their time to be there as well.
