Coinbase HR-Operations Manager interview questions

Pretty straight forward process. First round being a HR interview, and the second round was with one of the Senior Manager. Second round: Interviewer took good enough time to explain the role and also answer my questions. However, I feel 30 minutes is not enough to judge a candidate. Feels disappointed when I miss an opportunity from this rapidly growing organisation.
