I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CoinRoutes
Interview
First round is a call with their Chief of Staff, to discuss technical fit. Pretty straightforward discussion about your past experience, not too technical. If you're through, you will get a take-home test. I submitted the take home test, and was invited to the final technical round, which is a live coding exercise based on the assignment. This round was also pretty good, and the interviewer was quite helpful and worked with me to arrive at the solution, discussing improvements and tradeoffs.
After having completed these rounds, after one week, I receive an email, saying that the process has been delayed due to key decision makers travelling, but I'm still in the running. I follow up a week after that, but did not get a response. Two weeks after my email, I get an automated 'no-reply' email, saying that they will not move forward with the application. I don't understand why they would tell me I'm still in the running, then ghost me for nearly three weeks, and finally send me an automated email rejecting me. The least they could have done was reply to my email asking them for a follow up in status. It's pretty unprofessional and unnecessary to dangle hope in front of candidates, only to reject them via a no-reply email.
