Interview
Interviewers were the people who would later compose the team. I had 2 interviews, then they asked me to do a "challenge" based on what the work would be if I was chosen.
People were cool and comprehensive, the interview wasn't very technical, more based on my previous experience, areas of knowledge, etc.
