I applied online. I interviewed at CohnReznick (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
Received a phone call for a phone interview. Basic questions were asked then I was asked to come in for an in person interview. When I went to the office I first met with the HR representative that I initially spoke with. Then I met with another associate, then a manager, then the partner.

Question 1
I was asked one technical question. I wasn’t prepared for this because I was always told in school interview coaching that they wouldn’t ask you those questions. However, I should have been prepared so it was on me. I was asked how I would account for the purchase of land and associated costs. Would you expense it or capitalize it. Simple question but caught off guard. I was also asked by the Partner “What do you know about Me”.
2 stages- i did a computer base question and answer, then afterwards, i spoke to 2 managers. they were nice. the process went smoothly. HR reached out to me as well to give me feedback and asked me to wait for them to reach out to me.

Question 1
was there any time you had a problem with your team mate, how did you resolve it?
Interview went really well. Very good questions were raised more about soft skills and past experience. They also allow candidates to raise their own questions which I highly recommend everyone should. It was a 30min interview each with a Senior Manager, Director and Partner. Last interview was with HR for about 15mins.
