I applied through the staffing firm. I'm supposed to have a phone interview with the supervisor but they have someone else do it since they're at the meeting. The interview wasn't bad. She goes through my job experiences and skills that I have, the job opportunities, the position, etc. She asked me which job position that I'm interested in.

Standard interview questions were asked about the position I was applying for. If you can describe your past experience in the job role, then you should be able to answer all interview questions. There are no trick question. Either you have experience in the role you are applying for or you don’t.
