Experienced a few red flags from the interview process all the way down to the offer stage..
I suspect the team has internal problems with management & the manager likewise has issues with them.
I suspect there’s also a lot of miscommunication& toxicity etc.
Usually when there are several red flags - it’s usually a good sign.
Role will likely be re advertised again..

Fill up Application Form and email to recruitment team -> Formal face to face interview invite fixed date for interview as per job advertised.
Very open management. Very accommodating and no suprises. Straight forward process heard back from recruitment team within 7-9 days about result.

Interview
It was fine, They have a nice premises and the interviewer was friendly. The journey there was comfortable. No problems getting into the building as there is a lady on reception.
