Initially, I received a call from HR where we communicated on the job profile. On the next day, HR scheduled a technical interview. I don't understand why 4 guys need to bring an interview. Even those 4 guys are not skilled to properly analyze candidates. After 2 to 3 days I got an email from HR regarding CTC details. This is an embarrassing way of asking someone to show their documents before sending offer letters and it shows that they don't trust employees. The lesson I learned is if the company needs 4 developers to assess candidates' skillset then probably it's not a good company. Similarly, I researched on the internet and found that I'm right. They had several problems like micro-management, lack of direction and senior management, etc.
