Interview
Two rounds of interview one will be technical round other will be managerial round. Once you clear both the final round will be HR round for package discussion and benefits.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
