3 rounds of interview,first round round was a telephonic interview, second round was a technical round through video call and finally the hr round followed by offer release.overall interview process went Smoothly

Question 1
Mostly questions were based on your prior experience
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
