Before the interview-
CV screening from one of the job portals like Monster India, Naukri and Times job followed by a telephone conversation about your work experience and then blocking an interview date acknowledged by an email.
At the interview-
Self-introduction followed by your current project details followed by technical round and finally HR round to discuss role and pay.
After the interview-
Offer letter via email and DOJ with full policy details.

Your brief intro, Latest project details Questions on spring IOC, AOP, Difference between DI and IOC, Why MVC? What's Model in MVC? Hibernate advantages? Request-response model?
Two interviews with coding test and and aptitute test , pretty easy , aske about projects done and java oops questions also sql question , position was full stack developer
We had many rounds like 3 rounds before interview and interview was quite good. I got selected into cognizant as and programmer analyst trainee. I did not focus much on java, so due to that i Got 4 lpa
They asked very basic questions of reversing a string java basics and sql introduction and asked some data structures concepts finally few hr questions so on finally interviewer looks very strict interview got rejected
