total 5 rounds of interview:- 1.Initial screening round on telephone.(1 hr).Asked in depth about automation framework. 2.Tech +managerial round with manager. 3.One more technical round related to java and selenium webdriver. Asked in very detail-oriented implementation. 4.HR round. After clearing all Cognizant round they sent the salary breakup and then kept on hold for a week to send offer letter.No intimation by HR further.While inquiring they told there will one more client round.After clearing all cognizant round they rejected on basis of one client round and didn't allow to give you anymore client round.Took one month for the whole process.Very slow and bad process. 5.Client Round
