There was one telephone interview on basic stuff what I do in my current job and then there was filollow up telephonic interview with client.
Later HR interview and they asked on behavioral questions.

About microcontroller, programming languages, peripherals and integration
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
