There were two technical rounds and one manager round in the interview. Both were on the same day. There was no salary discussion or negotiation. Offer letter was sent directly.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)
