Interview
First, there was a written test. Questions in aptitude, reasoning, and english were asked.In each section, there were 25 questions and the time given is 90 min. Then the Company's management gave a presentation on what actually the company is all about and also announced announced. One excellent factor about the company is that there was no agreement. People are free to leave if they don't like the company. After the presentation, one on one interview was conducted. Questions from various topics like tecnology, puzzles, programming etc were asked for about 20 min.

It was three round interview with written test and 2 easy interviews. One technical and one with HR for compensation discussion. All were conducted on the same day. In order to get selected need to stand out and answer uniquely.
