Interview
The process started with the officials from cognizant giving a brief presentation about the day's process and the organisation's overview. Then first they had a technical round. Upon passing the technical round the candidates went through an HR round. If you clear both, they send you the offer letter.

It was three round interview with written test and 2 easy interviews. One technical and one with HR for compensation discussion. All were conducted on the same day. In order to get selected need to stand out and answer uniquely.
