I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (Buenos Aires)
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard and fast, first I had a meeting with an HR representative with whom I talked about previous work experience, expectations for the job and compensation and got an explanation of what the work would involve.
A few days later I had a technical interview with my soon to be supervisor, I got asked questions too see how deep my knowledge in the required technologies and programming languages was and then was given a programming exercise to solve.
When I passed the technical interview I had an interview with a the project supervisor on the client side, mostly technical.
I got an offer the day after and started working two weeks later.
