I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Sept 2015
Interview
There were 3 steps.
First was an interview with the project manager, with very technical questions about software languages, development methodologies, general knowledge of the area.
Second was an HR interview, overview of the company and profile questions.
Third was an interview with the customers manager, which involved both technical and business questions about the job i was going to execute.
Overall, it was an easy interview, even though some technical questions i could not answer, the company offered training after i joined.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Cognizant (Bengaluru)
Interview
Interview process was good but the interviewer was bit strict
The interview process involves application screening, initial HR round, technical or skill-based assessments, panel interviews, behavioral questions, case studies, and final discussions, followed by feedback, selection, and offer negotiation.
it was smooth and I have received an offer letter within 3 days. Even the onboarding process was quite smooth as everything has to be uploaded in one cognizant portal.
