I recently interviewed for the Lead - DA position, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Initially, I was informed that there would be only two interview rounds. However, after clearing both, I was unexpectedly told that the role had changed and that I needed to go through a third round with the client.
The third round was conducted by Gaurav Mantri, but it felt rushed and unprofessional. He mentioned at the beginning that he had a hard stop at 4 PM, leaving only 25 minutes for the discussion. Throughout the call, he didn’t seem to listen carefully and was in a hurry, making it difficult to have a meaningful conversation.
Overall, the lack of clear communication and last-minute changes made the process frustrating and unstructured. I hope the company takes feedback seriously to ensure a better experience for future candidates.
