CoffeeMug interview questions

The first interview was pleasant and I had a great conversation with the person who was looking after the applications. However, the next interview which was with one of the founders was a terrible experience. The interviewer did not listen to anything I said, interrupted me continuously, and it felt more like an interrogation than an interview or conversation. I can only imagine what working there/working with the founder would be like. Needless to say, it left me feeling on edge and feeling uncomfortable. I didn't follow up with them and they didn't follow up with me. My suggestion is to avoid.

The process had 3 rounds of discussions- With Cofounders & the Head of the Department. Insights about the organization, business plans, functional responsibilities were discussed. The behavioural expectations to operate in a startup were shared beforehand. All the rounds were face to face.
