It was a 4 steps interview. First, there was a phone screening. Then zoom interview with the manager. Then a skill test as a homework and then an hour interview with the technical team even though this was a design position. It is not a mature company. if you are coming from a corporate background, you might not like their flimsy and unresponsive recruiting style.
