In person interview, semi-formal , 1 on 1, I was asked to demonstrate my knowledge and proficiency in the subjects relevant to my job. We discussed the wage i wanted, and they offered me half of what I figured i could get paid, saying that it would be a reasonable wage for an intern. At the end they offered me the job immediately and asked me when i could start.
