The application process consisted of filling out a profile and application on their website, completing a short and simple timed coding test, and then recording a short video explaining variables at a 10-yr-old's level.
Interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied with my resume and then they gave me a quiz on Java concepts (OOP) . After that I had to answer a questionnaire that asked ,me how I would explain the concept of object oriented programming to someone in middle school (or that age range). After a couple of weeks, I received an offer.
