Interview
1. Application & Screening

2. Initial Interview (Phone/Video)

Purpose: confirm your qualifications, check communication skills, ask basic questions about experience and salary expectations
3. Technical / Skills Assessment
Can be a test, coding challenge, case study, or practical task
Sometimes done before or after the first interview
Purpose: see how you solve problems and apply your skills
4. Main Interview(s)
One or more rounds, with hiring managers and team members
May include:
Technical questions (role-specific)
Behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when…")
Situational questions ("What would you do if…")
Portfolio/project discussion
