They had me do a very long and tedious document with several tasks, go through 3 interviews with different people to then come to the conclusion that I wasn't a fit. Excellent way of having your work done and wasting a candidate's time.

HR showed NO respect to candidate. Really, NO.
In the first round interview, if you asked any question about the company or the job, the interviewer would ask you to see their job description. The interviewer showed on her face that: "come on, you poor candidate don't waste my time, just go f**k yourself" during the WHOLE HOUR.

Interview
4 rounds of interviews - HR, PM lead, product task, group interview.
HR: general questions like what do you know about this company, why this company, previous experience, etc.
PM lead: product sense questions, e.g., share a product you like and why, and how will you improve it.
Product task: two kinds of questions: SQL & design a brand-new product. For SQL, candidates need to write and run SQLs on a mock environment. For designing product, candidates will draw wireframes and answer some questions accordingly.
Group interview: consist of PMs, designers, developers, and cofounders. Mainly focus on previous experience and the task.
