I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CodeSignal in Apr 2026
Interview
My interview process started with a LinkedIn message from a recruiter. I completed a sales assessment, then spoke with the CRO, followed by conversations with two hiring managers, and wrapped up with a final presentation. The process was very thorough. Everyone I met took time to answer all of my questions about the role, the team, and the company. I left each conversation with a clear understanding of what the opportunity entailed and what success would look like.

Interview
Process took exactly 4 weeks from the time the recruiter first reached out to the day I received an offer. I had 5 interviews in total including recruiter, two sales managers, and met with the CRO twice. Overall a great process, very thorough and well thought out interviews. I feel confident that I know what I am walking into. Great communication from the recruiting team throughout the process.
