Codazen Full Stack Software Engineer interview questions

embarrassingly lackluster hiring process. Tech is probably as bad. Went through all their rounds easy enough, but I’m assuming I didn’t make it through the grueling 2 hour behavioral with the same person the entire time. Wasn’t sure if the team was looking to hire me or propose to me. Anyway, was using this company for interview practice, but following such a negative experience I thought it was important to share.

It was quick and an enjoyable process. I spoke with the Recruiter very briefly and then the Hiring Manager and then another person and was made an offer within 2 weeks
