Codat interview questions

It was fairly standard but I was accused of not having prepared - even though I had prepared. I had a list of bullet points that I looked at and I think they assumed I was reading verbatim of this list. While I could have done better, I think their feedback wasn't fair - I think it was more about a disconnect between us.

The interview process began with a CV review, followed by an initial phone call. This was followed by a first interview focused on general fit, then a technical interview assessing my skills. A second interview provided a deeper dive into specific technical challenges and situational questions. The process concluded with an offer call.
