Worst interview process of my life. Was told a myriad of different things over the span of 4 months. One minute being told I was a “great fit” to being told they were pausing the hiring process (this was understandable considering the current economy). Then being reached out to a month later saying I was on a short list of candidates who would be passed along to the final round. To being finally told that they are “rescoping” the role nearly two months after being told I was going to go to the final round. This was all after 3 separate interviews with the hiring manager, an interview with a fellow team member, and a 3rd with a higher level person in the finance org. Extremely frustrating and inconsiderate. I can understand the shifting needs of the business, but the lack of empathy, consideration, and professionalism over a 4 month period was something I have not ever experienced. Do Better!!!
