I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cochran (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2024
Interview
The process involved multiple interviews, each of which were difficult in terms of being able to schedule (e.g., they would set a date and time and then call 24 hours later requesting a different time or date - this happened on all 3 occasions I spoke with them). The leadership was disengaged in the last interview, ignoring some of my responses before going on to the next question, failing to ever look me in the eye, or interrupting me on multiple occasions. On two occasions they even locked me out of their gated facility which made it difficult to be on-time for the interview. It's clear this is a engineering-centric culture that has little time or appreciation for their non-engineering partners.

Interview
Great process, was challenged on my technical knowledge and on my soft skills. Everyone in the department was a part of the interview. It was intimidating, but that was a great way to weed out the weak. :)
