2 person face to face interview. Competency based framework. Very little personal getting to know you as an individual. Whole thing felt quiet processed. took about an hour at the office in uxbridge which was quiet difficult to find. Its at the end of the train line, metropolitan line, office is hidden round the back of the bus station.
