Interview
Behavioural questions. Very alpha male dominant. Interviewers had little knowledge of anything outside Coates. Had been brought up in the Coates system via operations. Were looking at fresh ideas but not willing to accept that something could be done differently.

Interview
Had a phone interview screening with a lady from HR who was lovely. Organized a zoom meeting with the Sales Manager for a 2nd interview. This meeting just involved the Sales Manager talking about the role and company for 20 minutes before I even got asked a question. I was asked one question and the interview was over.
Never heard back after that.
